We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – $12.95, delivers in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Via EMS – Free on orders over $50, delivers in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility in Groton, Connecticut. Most tracking systems update within 24 hours of dispatch (for EMS shipments, tracking may take 2-3 days to activate).
Are there any customs fees for international orders?
